We explored the origins of coffee, from its roots in traditional growing regions to its journey into modern European coffee culture. Participants learned how climate, soil, and processing methods shape flavor profiles and quality.

The session also covered different espresso preparation techniques, including grinding, extraction, and brewing methods, showing how small details can transform taste and aroma. With a group of 5–8 participants, the workshop created a personal and engaging learning environment where everyone could ask questions, taste mindfully, and truly understand the art behind each cup.

More than a workshop, it was a cultural experience — educating guests not only about how to make coffee, but how to appreciate it.
